Hi,
It seems like this happens when you reply to messages sent to you
from computers with a language setting for English US.
Make a test and send a message to yourself and reply to yourself
and see if the same problem appears.
Rgrds,

Hi,
I have the same problem and tried this test. It has shown that the problem
is with Outlook and not the other user's set-up. Anyone know a
solution?????? Driving me mad.

Thanks
Trevor

Strider - there is a solution under a search for "Language settings" you
should take a look at - basically you go to start, programmes, Micorsoft
Office Tools, Language settings and make your selection there - another case
of Microsoft making you change your settings in several places instead of
just the one.
