Spell Check problem

When I try to use the spell checker for email with Outlook Express I get a
strange message. It tries to install MS Picture It Platinum and asks me to
insert the disk for it. Microsoft Picture It! Specifically it asks for:
Publishing Platinum 2001: Setup, Designs, and Art, Disc 1. I already have
this program installed and it works OK though I do not use it much.

If I hit cancel then the spell check starts and works just fine. Spell
checking works OK for Word. I believe the spell check tool is the same for
all MS apps, right? Anyway I'd like to fix this mild annoyance. TIA,
 
The MS Picture It Platinum installation is probably damaged. Why it pops up
when you try to use spell check is anyone's guess.

The next time the message pops up, instead of clicking Cancel, click OK or
whatever and let it install whatever is damaged or missing.
