how do you reinstall spell check

I noticed when using Outlook express my spell check saying spelling is wrong
& giving me french or some foreign way to spell it & all my settings set to
us english.

How do i re install or fix this?

Outlook Express does not come with a spell checker. If you have one it could
have come with Office - check that first.

Did you install Office 2007? There have been reports that installing Office
2007 breaks the spellchecker in Outlook Express. You have to reinstall the
proofing tools from Office 2003 or use a different spellchecker for OE.
