Hi,

I send out a standard email which is becoming time consuming. I'm trying to
speed it up using form fields, which is working fine, but when I use
drop-down form fields, the infomation in the sent email appears blank. Is
there anyway around this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Nick

Did you click Edit Read Layout and add the same controls there?

Thanks for that - but I'm not quite sure what you are referring to with 'Edit
Read Layout'.

Sorry if I'm being dim !

Nick.

Look at your form in design form. If it's a message form, youi should see
two buttons -- Edit Compose Layout and Edit Read Layout. My guess is that if
you click the Edit Read Layout button, you'll see a form layout that doesn't
include your controls because you never added them there. And that will be
the cause (and the first step toward the solution) of your problem.
