Speech - Text-to-speech

I have XP Professional SP2 installed on a Dell Latitude D620 with Office XP
Professional.

The Speech Control Panel only has a "Speech Recognition" tab and no
"Text-to-speech" tab.

How can I activate the "Text-to-speech" tab.?

Thanks very much for your advice but I have already visited these pages. The
problem remains that I have no "Text-to-speech" tab in the Speech Control
Panel.

Any ideas?

Sorry, I really don't have an answer for this, hope someone else will chime
in and give you the correct answer.

Tim: Do a custom install of Office 2002 or Office 2003 and mark all items as
"not available" except "text to speech" and "voice recognition"
