Hello:

Anybody knows what API or SDK should I use to recognize speech in a PocketPC
environment, using spanish recognition? Exists those APIs in spanish?

There aren't any inherent speech APIs in Pocket PC. You'd need to find a
suitable 3-rd party speech engine and seek out it's SDK (if available)
