Speech API Core Building Problem

Dear All,

When I build my XPe image, I get the error message as below:

Building: "Speech API Core [Version 5.1.2600.1106, R1507]"...
Error 1004: Invalid resource:
"RegKey(819):"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Voices\Preview"":
(Error 5 (0x5) in "Microsoft VBScript °õ¦æ¶¥¬q¿ù»~": µ{§Ç©I¥s©Î¤Þ¼Æ¤£¥¿½T)

"°õ¦æ¶¥¬q¿ù»~": µ{§Ç©I¥s©Î¤Þ¼Æ¤£¥¿½T" means "Error in execution process:
procedure call or parameters are wrong"

In order to pass this problem, I must disable all speech components before I
build image.

However, I still want to know what is the solution to correct this problem.

Does any one meet this problem and solve it?

Thanks in advance.

This problem is solved.

Try to run the Target Designer in the English XP Pro.

If you run TD in the Chinese XP Pro, this error will show.
