Building error

Does anyone konw the error below after TD building process complete? How to
get rid of it?

The error you are referring to is probably the following (in English):
Error 5 (0x5) in "Microsoft VBScript runtime error": Invalid procedure call or argument

Here is relevant cut from the SP2 Release Notes:
"Running Target Designer on Chinese (PRC), Chinese (Taiwan), or Korean development machines may result in a script error when
building a configuration with the Speech API Core component. If this component is required for your configuration, build the
configuration from a development machine set for any other language. If the Speech API Core component is not required, you can
ignore the error."
