my win2k3 dhcp server problem

anyone can help me , pls help me ,my office server have some problem

my office win2k3 ,exchange 2k3 , AD , wins , but when i want to enable DHCP
have 4 error log , i try to setup a second AD server , then have a same
problem , ¦ý§Ú¦³³¡¿W¥ß win 2000 & win2003 , ¥i¥H¥Î¨ì
DHCP , ¦ý AD server ¤£¯à¥Î

pls see my server screen , pls help me

itry to uninstall to dhcp service , reinstall again ,also not work
i try to copy a work DHCP files to"c:\winnt\system32\DHCP , then i can
start
