Specified attachment in mail

Hi,

I'm using Microsoft outlook 2003 with Sp1. I know outlook
2003 has a restricted attachment extensions. My problem is
I cannot open a specified attachment in my mail. I already
tried the Microsoft knowledge base article 829982 but no
avail. Is there any other ideas why I cannot open the file
attachement?

What type of file? What did you put in the registry value? Did you restart
Outlook afterward?
