Specific website doesnt work on one computer

When I go to a certain webpage it says "this page cannot be displayed". When
i used another computer sharing the same connection the page works fine. Ive
tried deleting the index.dat file but that did nothing. The page stopped
working for this computer about a week ago. Ive tried using netscape but it
still doesnt work. When I use links to different parts of the page it also
doesnt work. must be the settings but i cant remember changing any. Any help
is appreciated.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
