I would like to know whether i can login to a domain with special characters
in my user name and password

Go to groups.google.com and type the following into the search box:

login domain "special characters"

You will get lots of hits, some of which may help. If they don't, try
other search terms until you do find something. This is how most of us
find information in the newsgroups.
