Please help me to get rid of the spans that i am getting.
One is about doing crime, porno etc..Its all very bad and
i have been receiving about 25 a day, from each of them.
I believe one is from advertabdfzone.com
The others are porno and this is everyday. I turned my
computer off but its there when i need to go on my
computer. Iwont allow my chrildren to use the computer
and i dont think is fair to them..I hope you can help me.
Iam using Outlook Express and i have a Dell puter.

Change your email address and then don't advertise it so freely in public
environments such as this one eg having a separate "disposable" / changeable
email address for business activities & another one for friends etc

Also it sounds like your computer may have become "infected" with unwanted
programs, so you may need to read up on virus scanners , firewalls, unwanted
startup programs, spyware / adware etc. to clean up your computer fully.
