Spanish XP conversion to English

I am buying a new PC in Spain which has XP Home pre-
installed. How do I change the set-up to English

One cannot change from one language version of Windows to
another language version. You'll need to purchase a "full version"
of Windows XP in your desired language version and then perform
a "clean install".

Greetings --

You cannot upgrade from one language version of the OS to another,
so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of English WinXP
to perform a clean installation.
