XP in Spanish

I recently bought a computer in spain that came with Xp
installed on it and so it's all in spanish, does anyone
know how to change it over to English? I've changed
everything I could find to do with the language under
regional settings but nothing has worked.

You can't.
If you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy it in English.
