Get a new E-mail address.
Do not use it in news groups or forums.
Create a new OE folder and name it JUNK
Create message rules and send them to the junk folder. Clean on occasions.
When you feel secure that your rules are working then change the rule to
delete from the server.
You will never see the message.
Most autoresponder will stop sending you email if you type remove in the
subject line, but you will have to do it for each email. Another trick is
Alt-M then S, then when box pops up ENTER. The senders email address is
blocked in outlook express.
