Lst year I upgraded to internet explorer 7. I set my prefferences to include
all contacts as safe senders. However the program keeps sending email from my
contacts to to the spam folder. What is going on? How can I stop email from
my contaxcts from going to the spam folder?

MS Internet Explorer does not have a spam folder. Perhaps you can expand on
your problem? Is this a web mail account, or a POP3 account using MS Outlook
Express?
