SPAM

Both of my parent's email comes in with a SPAM label and goes directly to my
Junk Folder despite both being on my safe list and with the no filtering
option selected. Why is this happening?
 
Outlook doesn't add SPAM to subjects. This is most likely done by either the
spam filter of your ISP or by a 3rd party spam filter that you have
installed.
