I just had a vendor call me to say that she cannot send me my monthly
statement to my e-mail address because it comes back saying my computer is
recognizing it as spam. What if anything can I do?

You must provide more details:

Version of Outlook
Type of mail account - is it an Exchange mailbox?
Do you have any 3rd party antispam software installed?
What exactly is the error message your vendor gets? The error message is the
key to solving the problem.

SPAM isn't normally returned. It's usually trapped at the server.

If you have an anti-spam program on your computer, make it an exception.
If it's the anti-spam program used by your ISP/Mail Provider, go to the
configuration page they provide you and make it an exception. One of those
two things is rejecting it.

In addition to Kathleen's questions, it could be a matter of your mail
provider's antispam functionality as well, and might be something you need to
broing to their attention, or it may be possibe to white-list that person's
address on the server.
