I'm having trouble with my Norton anti spam filter working. The spam
in my inbox doesn't filter out spam to the spam folder. However, if
you identify the e-mails as spam it does send the mail there only at
that point but not when new mail comes it. It doesn't recognize it as
spam again. Representatives at Norton keep trying to fix this error
and come up short every time.
