Spam exceptions

Is there a limit to exceptions on the spam exception list?
I have tried and tried to add some regular e-mail addresses that I receive
from that are NOT spam. It's almost like they aren't being accepted on the
exception list, OR some other rule is overriding it.

I'm using Outlook 2002 and XP Professional if that matters.

Any suggestions?

I only have 38 entries. Some of the senders addresses are already on the
list too!

that's definitely not too long. Disable all of your rules and enable them
one at a time, waiting to enable next rule until you are sure the previous
ones are working correctly.
