Importing email address's for "exception list" for creating a rule

I would like to send all email to a spam folder except those who are on my
contact list.

I was going to create and exception rule sending all email to this SPAM
folder, except those on my contact list; however, using Outlooks rules
wizard, I have to enter each email individually, too time consuming......is
there another way?

I am trying out other software that costs $29.95 but recognizes your contact
list and anyone not in there goes to spam folder.
 
Outlook 2002 and 2003 both have rule conditions to do this easily.
