spam email sends a reply - how do I stop this

the latest batch of microsoft spam not only has a virus
attached but also sends an auto reply when you go to
delete it, how do I stop the reply

Try disabling "Send Read Receipt" in your e-mail program. For
instructions on that setting, look in Help.
