Lost & Found

Some emails I receive are classified as spam, but they are not spam,
sometimes it is from a friend. When I try to open the email, I can not read
it, it seems to be all in codes. How can I change this spam to a friendly
email? I am using:"Windows Live Mail." I would really appreciate your help.

It's the settings in your spam program, not WLMail. You need to find and
make the adjustments.

Right-click the message and select "Not Junk," this will move the message to
the regular Inbox and then you may open and read your message.

WLM newsgroup is thatta way ---> microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

So why not add this known repetitive sender to your contacts list? Or to
your Safe Senders list? And then configure WLM to accept e-mails from your
Safe Senders list and add the option to include your contacts?

Thank you for your answer, but what you suggested is exactly what I did, and
the message was still written in codes.

Usually this happens when the sender is trying to send a multipart message
using more than one message to send, the parts get encoded in mime, and can't
be read seperately, either his e-mail host, or yours, found the original
message too big, and refuses to accept it. tell your sender to only send
messages in one part, if they can't do so, then ask them to put it on a flash
drive or cd (depending on importance) or just forget it.
