It is possible to assign a default style sheet to IE (in Accessibility). The
body of all documents could have a 'onkeydown()' event that captured the
space.
Finding someone who whould write the style sheet for you is another matter.
Short of that, the default behavior for IE, when the focus in on the page
(but not in an input area, like a text box) is to scroll on spacebar.
