SP4 upgrade from sp2

During the install of SP4 I get an error msg that says
TFTP.EXE is in use and cannot continue with the install.
Has anyone else received this msg?
 
You can kill it with Task Manager. But you'll want to investigate what is
using it. Possible some trojan that's installed on your pc.
