SP4 update

Cannot update my Win2k Pro from the website. Each time I
connect I get a new virus warning and my machine slows to
a crawl. MS Support is of no help at all. I am trying to
download SP$ onto another machine so that I don't have to
go to the Win update site, however, the only files they
show are installation files and I don't want to start an
installation on a machine running XP. Anyone know where I
can get the SP4 withot going through the install from the
web.....Thanks

You can download any service pack. Select the network install service pack which
will be around 140MB or so. See the link below. --- Steve
