SP4 Server does not respond!

I tried for 2 days so far to install service pack 4 and the microsoft server
doesn't respond. When is that going to be fixed?

Try the Network Install. For that Install you don't have to connect to the
MS Server once you have downloaded it.

I have the same problem on my HP Server as well.
