SP4 Install error

I am installing SP4 on a 2000 Advanced Server. When
installing, I am getting an error "wpnpinst.exe is open or
in use." Does anyone know why I am getting this error. I
have tried installing via express install, network
deployment, safe mode, and Software Policy. Smae error
everytime. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
If your server is running any Citrix product, DO NOT
INSTALL SP4, that's all I can say!
