SP4 Express Installation

I am bring a new W2K system up to current level of
support. When I execute the application that downloaded
(W2Ksp4_EN.exe) I get a message to th effect that the
installation program cannot connect to the server. There
is a direction to go to "Problems downloading SP4" on the
SP4 web page, for instructions on installing without being
on-line. I cannot find such an instruction.
Thoughts?

Richard,

If you want to install without being online, you need the SP4 Network
Installation file.

The Express install is a small file that connects to the internet and
downloads the files needed to install.

The network install is the full service pack that can be installed when not
online.
