If you selected the option to backup your current configuration (this is
enabled by default) when you installed SP4, then Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
should be listed in Add/Remove Programs. If it's not listed, then check
your Folder Options to make sure you are showing hidden files and folders,
then use Windows Explorer to browse to your Windows or Winnt directory. You
should see a folder called $NtServicePackUninstall$. If you go into this
folder you will see an additional folder called SPUNINST. Go into this
folder and you will see a file called SPUNINST.EXE.
You can run SPUNINST.EXE to remove the service pack. If you unchecked the
option to backup your current configuration, then you will not have an
option to remove the service pack. In that case, if you have to revert to
an older service pack level, you will have to backup your data and
re-install Windows.
