What exactly happens when you try to download it? Please describe the
circumstances and if there are any error messages associated with the
failure then please provide the complete *verbatim* text of these
messages.
I need to warn you; SP2 is not as stable as SP1a... I have had to re-install
it at least 5 times since its release.... I finally took it off my system,
bought a $40 Router, and anti-virus/firewall software...
Your warning comes way too late for the millions of users who have
downloaded SP2 without problem.. your warning comes way too late for the

to ask how to fix them..
Good luck with SP1a, your $40 router and security suite.. you must be the
best protected of all of us.. apart from those who have SP2, a $40 router
and security suite.. methinks you are a little outnumbered..
Mike, I never said I was the best protected and as long as Microsoft
operating systems have memory leaks, I will give warnings to those before
they download it...
