I have SP2 installed on a machine and when I try to install a vpn client
the
client tells me to remove Interent connection sharing(ICS). ICS is not on
the computer. I was able to install the vpn before sp2. I am wondering if
there might be something set in sp2 that is making the vpn client think ICS
is enabled. Does anyone have any ideas?

John,

ask the manufacturer of the VPN client for an update. Or do
without, just use the Windows XP VPN if that is workable.
