Why doesn't double clicking on my fs9.cfg shortcut
work AFTER installing Windows SP2? It used to open the
CFG file with notepad, now NOTHING happens!!!!!!

Here's properties of shortcut:-

"C:\Documents and Settings\Mick\Application
Data\Microsoft\FS9\FS9.CFG"

Check in Folder Options> File Types that CFG files are still assigned to
open in Notepad.
