How come people are getting the SP2,I keep checking and I
don't have it,and it's not available to me yet.When is it
going 2 B released,and do I need to remove SP1a first?

No you do not need to uninstall SP-1a.

If you are set for Automatic Update, you will see it soon.
Windows XP Home started today with Pro possibly next week.
Even so, there is a limit how many a day will get SP-2 from Automatic
Update so it could be now or a few days:
