SP2 Verification failiure

Hello All,

Does anyone know if there is an available copy of XP SP2
that does not look at your Registration Key? as i keep
getting an error message telling me it cannot install due
to an illegal version of XP, problem is that the WIN
UPDATE page does not show the same error, and allows me to
install!!!

If not, does anyone know where i can get a copy of XP from
that will allow the SP2 update (and doesnt cost an arm and
a leg for PROF version!!)
