SP2 Updates could not be successfully installed

I am able to get to the download screen and it starts to
setup the download, the indicator finishes and then the
box changes to "Updates were unable to be successfully
installed"
The following updates were not installed.
Windows XP service pack 2


There is no error number listed, the only option I have is
to close the box. I have tried many times...

Any assistance would be apprecaited!

Some log files you can check for any clues:

%windir%\WindowsUpdate.log
%windir%\Svcpack.log
%windir%\setupapi.log


(%windir% is typically C:\Windows)
