sp2 uninstall from DOS plz help me if you can!

I can't start my PC after I installed sp2 , I need to uninstall it to let my
windows go on.
the problem is: I don't know my administration password(I didnt set one but
the repair system doesnt accept not to write the password).

can somebody tell me if I can uninstall the sp2 or do something makes my PC
works again?
