SP2 -- turning OFF features?

Anyone know how to turn off the little notice that pops up when you attempt
to open certain file types DLed from the 'net? Not the one when you DL it,
I got that one off, but the one that occurs when you actually open the file.
It's rather irritating to have to confirm that yes, I know it could carry
viruses, and yes, I want to open the file anyway every time. Specifically,
I've encountered the message with .zip, .exe, and .pdf files.

Security Console doesn't have anything on it, and the help files have been
fairly useless. Please, someone? It's driving me nuts.

Is there a "Don't ask me again" or "Don't show this window again" checkbox
on the dialog?
