SP2 tech preview

Is it safe to build an image using the SP2 preview and release it to
customers? provided I license it with my PID it won't time out or anything?

I have to resolve the auto-update issue of XPe and I don't have time to wait
for the official release.

It is not safe to release any products with the tech preview version.
Many changes have occurred since that version was created.

I believe in the EULA for the tech preview, MS states that you cannot
re-distribute the Tech Preview Code... Sorry plus, as we all know it
will change 100 more times before RTM
