Urgent: PID code

I continue to have a problem with PID code. I've updated my XPE tool kit from
SP1 to SP2 because I buy a licence where PID code is 5-3-3-3 and not
5-5-5-5-5 as SP1 needs. I update my image and I build it. When FBA runs, I
obtain an error lsass.exe, if I delete the PID code and I build again the
image with 90 days of validity all work well. I do also the same thing
without updating the image, so I build the image SP1 by using XPE tool Kit
SP2.

Before update XPE tool kit, I made another test, I insert in my XPE tool kit
SP1 the 888506 QFE, but the problem doesn't change.

I don't know what I can try more, I try everything but the problem is always
present.
Can someone help me? It is very urgent because I must give the system to a
customer but XPE doesn't work.

Could be possible that the PID code is wrong?

Do I insert other parameters in the general settings of the image?

Do I write the PID in wrong way? Should I add some dot, space or other
characters before or after the PID code? I insert it in this format:
xxxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx

Thanks

Are you sure that you are entering the RUNTIME PID in your configuration in
Target Designer, and not the PID you used when you installed the toolkit?

I've a doubt, in the sticker there are 2 codes, the code that is above is
written in small characters, the other that is under, is written with bigger
bold characters. Which is the PID code?

The PID isn't on the stickers anymore. It's on a separate sheet that came
in the same envelope as the sticker with a big orange box in the middle of
the page. The PID is 5 groups of 5 characters with a - between each group.
