My Norton does not recognize me as the Supervisor. It says
Administrator in very faint words and when I try to log
on,the log on button is also very faint and
nonfuntional. So I am even unable to delete in Add/Remove
Programs.I am guessing this all happened when the auto
update from microsoft and auto install sucked up the
SP2.Which will never happen again if I ever am able to
get to the Auto Updates without it freezing up.I have
tried so many things includidng Norton,Microsoft and the
place where I bought it.Everything they wanted me to try
I already read here.Only thing I have not tried is the
recovery disc or F10.My daughter has pics on her account
that she wants to put on a disc before I scrap
everything. But in general does anyone think this will
eliminate Norton and get me back to like new again?I am
running XP Windows and my Norton has a security
password.Thanks Michael

Read his post, man. He is saying that Norton won't allow
him to enter/delete it because he isn't
the "administrator". That's why the choice is greyed out.
