SP2 problems

After installing SP2, IE6 cannot find any sites. All I get is page not
found. When I use OE6, it sends and receives one time, then cannot find
server. I have tried to do a system restore and delete SP2 installation,
but it states that a system restore cannot be performed because there have
been no changes to the computer. What can I do?

The netsh command in SP2 can rebuild your Winsock. Open the command prompt and type: netsh winsock reset , then press ENTER.
