SP2 Problem - Slow Boot

Hello,

Since I have installed SP2 after I login to windows it
takes longer than usual for everything to load up, i.e.
Norton 2004, Zone Alarm, and my network.

It takes about 50-60 for everything to load.

I used Microsoft Bootvis and this shortened the time. Any
advise?

My first suggestion would be to run disk defrag as SP2 can be an untidy
install.

These three are enough alone, to cause the issue:

Norton 2004, Zone Alarm, and my network.

I would suggest starting there and running the XP Startup Tracker from here
and read the log file:

And running the edit(s) on line 157

Tracker from here

Those are registry edits. Click on each, save to the desktop, then
double click to import the changes into the registry.
