SP2 network properties are missing!!

After sp2 (ita version) my network properties are missing .. the two monitor in the tray (lan connecion) are missing too ..

If i write ipconfig in ms-dos prompt windows xp say that he can't open WZCAPI.DLL

My administration tools under control pannel are empty! :-O

what appening to my computer?
