SP2 + MM2

When I try to download MM2 I have to do it by downloading the latest xp patch
and for some reason I keep hanging during the process. I get told to delete
all the temporary internet files and/or refresh the page and/or rerun IE. I
have done all of that and still I cannot get the update to get past "Looking
to see what updates you need." Ok.
I found a way to get MM2 downloaded singly and have that on my machine but
there is no functionality to the help file or the mm2 on the web.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try next?

First don't confuse MM2 with MM2.1 You were able to download MM2 manually
but MM2.1 only comes with SP2.
If automatic updates isn't working to upgrade to SP2 then try doing it
manually from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...BE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en
This upgrade "should" hopefully fix your automatic update problem as well.
