SP2 Memory Errors with Explorer.EXE

After installing SP2, my system rebooted and when it
entered windows it got nothing but errors with
Explorer.EXE -- mostly saying the memory location could
not be written.

The messages never ended, so I had to reboot in safe mode
and remove SP2.

Anyone else have this issue?

Do you have DivX installed?

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Error Reporting -> Choose Programs
-> Do not report errors for these programs:

Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
