SP2 install using unattended.txt

I am attempting to remotely deploy SP2 on to web servers running XP Pro. It
is important that Remote Desktop is enabled after the install and that the
web services are not affected. I have read throught the various documentation
but am at a loss. Is it only possible to use unattended.txt if you are going
to do a full install? When I attempted to create the unattended file via
setupmgr.exe it seems that there is not an option for using just SP2.

Does anyone have any recommendation?

unattend.txt is only relevant as you said when doing a
full install, the purpose of the unattend.txt is to
automate the installation process. In this scenario you
would probably incorporate the SP into the i386 setup
files rather than install it at the end.

If you are running XP as web servers? I would do a manual
installation of each one individually, I have already seen
problems installing XP, you don't want this to happen to
all your web servers. And also with the new settings
being more restrictive than ever before the chance of one
of your machines web services not working after the
install is probably high.
