SP2 & Home Networking

When I try to share the connection(internet) for home network, there is a
pop-up saying 'The application could not be initialized.' It however still
continue to the next step after I have click OK on the pop-up.
After I have completed the wizard, and when the wizard trying to set-up the
connection, it will somehow disconnect my LAN.
HELP! it was working fine before I install SP2.
 
I have the same type problem, except the networked laptop cannot obtain an ip
address. Different problem, same result. Help!
