sp2 error

"Unexpected error encountered resolving imports: the
loading process will be terminated"

I am getting this message while trying to fun a game
called Survival Project, website:
http://english.spgame.com/
I never had a problem with this game before, but ever
since sp2 was installed i had a problem with it, all it
does is pop up that message and close down, it won't run,
i was wondering if there's a way to fix this.
Information: I have a clean install of windows xp
professional, and then upgraded to sp2.

What kind of video card do you have on your computer?
If it has 256 M of memory or more, try getting a card with less that 256 M
of memory.

i'm using a video card with 128mb of memory

model: MSI Geforce FX 5200 128mb ddr

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the game?
